Custom shirts, hoodies, polos, caps and team gear for campuses, teams, clubs and departments. We decorate everything in our own shop: screen printing, embroidery, DTF and heat transfer. None of it is sent out.
Approved district vendor
Bare Cotton is an awarded vendor at North East ISD (San Antonio) under RFP #30-23, Customized Apparel, Award Items and Give-Away Items, so NEISD campuses and departments can order from us under that contract. We hold awards with other Central Texas school districts too. Ask us whether your district is one of them.
Another district or a public agency? Our school price list is open to you too, and it can be extended under an interlocal or cooperative purchasing agreement. Just ask.
Pay by P-card or purchase order
We take district P-cards and purchase orders. There's no card surcharge. Nothing goes into production until we have your PO or P-card authorization. Freight is included, and we deliver to your campus or office anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.

T-shirts
Spirit wear, club and event tees. Port & Company PC54, Gildan 5000, BELLA+CANVAS 3001 and more, adult and youth sizes.
Team shirts
Moisture-wicking Sport-Tek ST350 for teams, coaches and PE, short or long sleeve, adult and youth.
Hoodies and sweatshirts
Port & Company PC78H, Gildan 18500 and crewnecks. Adult and youth sizes.
Polos
Staff and coaches' polos with an embroidered logo. Port Authority K500, Sport-Tek ST650 and women's cuts.
Caps and knit hats
Embroidered twill caps, trucker caps and beanies for teams and staff.
Photos show the blank styles. Each one comes in many colors. We also engrave awards, medals and plaques in house and supply giveaways like bottles, totes and lanyards.
School price list
Download the School Price List 2026-27 (PDF), revised October 4, 2026. It has blank prices by style and size, decoration rates and our terms. Where your district awarded us its own prices (North East ISD 30-23, for example), the awarded prices apply.
How ordering works
- Send your logo or idea. Use the form below or email sel@barecotton.com. A sketch or a photo of last year's shirt is fine. Cleaning up an existing school or district logo is free.
- Get a free mockup and quote. We send a digital proof and a written quote, normally within 1 business day. Changes to the proof are free.
- Approve it and send your PO or P-card. Production starts once we have both.
- We make it in our shop and deliver it. Decorated orders arrive 10 to 15 business days after you approve the proof. For very large orders we confirm the date when you approve.
The minimum is $150 per purchase order and ship-to location unless your district's contract says otherwise. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces of one design. Smaller runs are done with DTF, embroidery or heat transfer. Award items (plaques, medals, engraved pieces) have a $500 minimum, again unless your district's contract says otherwise.
