Business Development Manager Needed:
Plan, organize and manage business development activities by creating, maintaining, measuring business development processes for the sales including online, and phone inquiries and customer retention; Identify opportunities for promotions, additional services and distribution avenues. Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by handling customer needs and priorities; attend industry functions as associations events and conferences as well as sales meetings; Conduct merchandising research for customers regarding products to meet their needs. Build and evolve programs to recruit partners within the USA and internationally; Coordinate production efforts with national and international vendors and sales team to create new business outlined, including contributing to annual profit plan and assist with the implementation and execution of such plans tracking outcomes. Work with sales team to develop proposals and comprehensive business strategies. Prepare and present business reviews to management team; Present and consult with senior level management regarding business trends and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
