Prices are per piece for blank goods and include standard ground delivery and inside delivery within the continental United States. Decoration (screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, patches) is priced separately on our decoration rate card.
Every item is sourced from SanMar, where Bare Cotton is authorized customer 302364. Colorway availability is checked daily against SanMar's live stock feed and discontinued colorways are excluded. Additional styles, brands and colors outside this list are quoted on request within 48 hours from the same basis.

Terms
- List prices are firm for one year from the start of any contract they are quoted under. After that they change only on written notice, only to pass through a published manufacturer price change, and never by more than that published increase.
- A contract discount is applied to the total of each purchase order.
- Standard ground freight and inside delivery within the continental United States are included in the list price. There are no separate delivery, handling or fuel charges.
- Items shipped in error or received damaged are returned at no cost and with no restocking fee.
- Manufacturing defects are replaced at no cost for twelve months from delivery.
- Quotes on styles not shown here are returned within 48 hours.
