Bare Cotton Corporation awards, recognition and personalized gifts catalog. Public school districts, colleges and municipal buyers purchasing under a Bare Cotton contract or cooperative agreement receive their contract discount off every published list price shown.
The published list is the JDS Industries 2026 Premier suggested retail price list, which the manufacturer publishes and maintains. 12,199 items across nine categories. Because the manufacturer sets and updates the list, a fixed percentage discount holds its value over the life of a contract and the buyer can verify the list independently.

Contract discount
Our standard minimum discount is 40% off the published list on every item, with no exclusions and no minimum order. Larger orders earn more:
- Orders under $500: 40% off
- Orders $500 to $1,000: 45% off
- Orders over $1,000: 50% off
Engraving and personalisation
Laser engraving is performed in house at our Huntington Beach facility.
- $8.50 per face, up to 3 lines of text
- $1.50 per additional line
- $3.50 per medal or insert back
- $7.00 per engraved plate
- $25.00 one-time logo setup, reused free on every later order
Terms
- Ground freight and inside delivery within the continental United States are included in the discounted price. No separate delivery, handling or fuel charges.
- Digital proofs are free, including revisions, and approved artwork is kept on file and reused at no charge.
- Items shipped in error or received damaged are returned at no cost, with no restocking fee.
- Items not shown are quoted within 48 hours on the same basis.
